He has successfully led and delivered complex, large-scale telecom projects across critical infrastructure, rail, and satellite communications environments. His expertise spans IP telephony, network architecture, systems integration, and safety-critical telecom solutions. Known for his strategic thinking, technical depth, and calm leadership under pressure, Ikram brings a results-driven and client-focused approach to every engagement.
Ish Jalal – Director, Business Development
Ish Jalal is a senior commercial leader with over 18 years’ experience driving revenue growth, business transformation, and market expansion across global B2B sectors. He brings deep expertise in P&L ownership, go-to-market strategy, and strategic partnerships gained through Board and C-Suite roles in both corporate and private equity environments. Ish has led successful turnarounds, scaled international operations across EMEA, the US, and APAC, and built high-performing commercial teams. Mohammad Wasif – Senior Manager T&C
Mohammad Wasif is a seasoned Test & Commissioning leader with a B.S. in Computer Science, an MSc in Telecommunications, and Cisco CCNP certification. He has played a key role in the delivery of safety-critical telecom systems on major rail infrastructure programmes, including the Elizabeth Line. His expertise spans end-to-end T&C planning, systems integration, and assurance of IP and voice communication platforms. Mohammad is recognised for his structured approach, technical rigour, and ability to lead teams through complex commissioning phases with precision and confidence.
